The breakfast selection offered a solid variety, with some decent quality options that kicked off the day right. The hotel is in a location that puts you right next to a lively high street with plenty of dining choices nearby.
Getting to the room means a trek as you need to check in at a separate area, about a five-minute walk. The major annoyance? The electronic room keys seemed to have a mind of their own, stopping three times on my stay, and making me trek back to get them sorted. The beds in the double room were actually two singles shoved together, which was a bit of a letdown as they kept drifting apart during the night. The bathroom could use some attention. flaking paint and an extractor fan that I couldn't find left it feeling like it could use a makeover.

good value but not perfect for light sleepers
The room was comfortable, offering a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. The staff demonstrated commendable professionalism in handling an issue that arose during my stay.
However, the noise from the nearby street could be bothersome at times.

fantastic base for exploring parks and museums in london
I really loved staying here because it was so easy to walk to the Victoria and Albert Museum in just over 2 kilometers and Fulham Palace, less than a 5-minute walk from the hotel, made for beautiful explorations through the city. the room I had was large and quiet, perfect for resting after my busy days.

Great spot for a family stay!
We loved how close this place is to the Tube and shops. The kids had fun exploring the area. Our room was comfy, and we appreciated the water station to fill up bottles. Only thing was, it got a bit noisy at night, maybe because of the crowds on match days. Overall, pretty solid place for family vibes.

The location near the stadium was perfect for our football plans! ⚽️ the room lacked a European power outlet, which was a hassle during our stay.

The hotel has a great location, just a short walk from Fulham station. My room was spacious with comfortable beds, perfect for a family stay. I appreciated the air conditioning, which kept the room pleasant. Housekeeping was prompt when I did request extra amenities like towels. I had access to a great breakfast option, which had good value. I faced some challenges with the reception staff. A couple of the receptionists were quite unhelpful regarding my requests for extra toiletries and amenities, insisting that it was against hotel policy. Thankfully, the manager showed concern and provided the needed items promptly later. I also noticed the decor in the hotel is getting a bit outdated, especially in the common areas. The elevator wait times were lengthy, which was frustrating during busy mornings. Despite these issues, my room was clean and the hotel was generally well-maintained.

Despite an excellent location near Stamford Bridge, our stay suffered from a broken air conditioner and unclean bedding, which marred the experience. The friendly staff offered little assistance when these issues arose.

We had an awesome stay, especially enjoying the great breakfast and the cozy Superior Twin Room. The rooftop terrace was a perfect spot to relax after a long day, and the bar had a nice selection of drinks. Our only little hiccup was that the TV channels could use an update! 😊

Perfect Location for Football Fans
I stayed for 1 night with my family, and the location couldn't be better for our stadium tour the next day. The hotel provided a unique football-themed experience that my son loved, and we were lucky enough to see some players. the room could use some updates, as it had a stale smoke smell and felt dated.

Great location and friendly staff
My stay was enjoyable largely due to the hotel's fantastic location, just a short walk from the tube station, making it perfect for exploring London. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, enhancing the experience with their helpfulness. Breakfast was a highlight with various options including delicious pastries. the air conditioning in my room was a bit underwhelming, as it struggled to keep things cool on a hot day.
